HLW reimagined a space for Deutsch Steelhead in Playa Vista, transforming a 60,000 sf building into a vibrant, multifunctional hub. This extensive rehabilitation included a new mezzanine, offices, a post-production house, and a shooting stage. Designed to foster creativity, the space blends technical and office areas with a broadcast studio, sound stage, cafe, private bar, and versatile conference and stadium seating areas, encapsulating both artistic vision and cultural richness. This project highlights HLW’s ability to craft spaces that resonate with the creative industries’ dynamic nature.
