Wix
A ground-up headquarters in
Tel Aviv heralds a new era of growth.
Wix, an Israeli web development and website hosting company, has grown substantially since its founding in 2006. Today, it boasts 22 million registered users, and with this glut of users came an increase in staff. A new headquarters was sorely needed.
HLW conducted an involved staff engagement program to ensure that the space would work for all 3,000 employees, clients, and visitors on a technological and social level. Through an arrangement of seven new buildings in a stacked and cantilevered formation, the office layout encourages teams to move throughout the campus horizontally and vertically. The interior design strategy incorporates a flexible kit of parts to accommodate this layout and for futureproofing.
Alongside workspaces, collaboration zones, and staff cafes, the campus includes spaces such as herb gardens, salons, treatment rooms, fitness studios, climbing walls, maker spaces, child-friendly zones, a robotics lab, music rehearsal rooms, and nursery rooms. A Wix employee-exclusive retail space rounds out the amenity rich package.
