Wise relocated its global headquarters to Worship Square, a dynamic building in Shoreditch, expanding its office space by 40% to support over 1,000 employees. The new workplace prioritises flexibility, wellbeing, and sustainability, aligning with the UKGBC Net Carbon Zero Framework through a Whole Lifecycle Carbon Assessment and a shift to low-carbon materials, reducing embodied carbon by 11 tonnes.  Sustainability has been considered throughout maintaining the base building’s aspirations such as Whole Lifecycle Carbon Assessment – Embodied Carbon Assessment, NABERS and Operational Energy and Design for Performance.

The interior design reflects Shoreditch’s rich history, embracing bold colors, expressive materials, and curated artwork. A striking central staircase fosters collaboration, while wellness-focused spaces—including a sauna, nap pods, and a massage area—enhance employee experience. New custom-built spaces such as device and research labs enable Wise to connect to exchange ideas and build products for customers easily and more efficiently, which aligns with their company’s mission.
