Underwriting Client NYC Office
A refined New York workplace where subtle branding and biophilic design shape a calm, human-centered experience.
This leading global underwriting client’s new 40,000-square-foot New York City office spans three floors, thoughtfully designed to express the company’s identity through architecture rather than overt branding. Subtle, integrated design cues reinforce the brand while creating a sophisticated and welcoming workplace experience.
Level 7 is dedicated to shared workplace and amenity spaces, anchored by an expansive reception area and café that opens directly onto an outdoor terrace. Designed as a social and gathering hub, this floor supports informal connection, hospitality, and moments of pause throughout the day. Levels 8 and 9 form the core of the workplace, offering a balanced mix of collaborative areas, focus spaces, and touchdown zones to support a range of workstyles.
Throughout the office, refined materials and detailing reflect client’s identity. Herringbone-patterned flooring, custom millwork, and tailored lighting introduce a sense of craft and permanence, while warm natural tones and biophilic elements create a calm, grounded atmosphere. Subtle accents of blue provide moments of brand expression without overwhelming the space. Together, these elements deliver a human-centered workplace that balances performance, comfort, and understated elegance.
