The Ellipse tower epitomizes luxury waterfront living in downtown Jersey City. As the executive architect and interior designer, HLW was instrumental in bringing this vision to life, handling the design of both common areas and individual residential units. The lobby, with its contemporary design, features selective finishes and custom details, inspired by the natural themes of water and motion. Arquitectonica, responsible for the facade and initial concept, partnered with HLW to refine the plan and unit designs, as well as the building’s amenities and overall execution, ensuring that every element of the Ellipse enhances the resident experience.
