This leading professional services company has a diverse group of best-in-class business teams who solve their clients’ toughest challenges by providing unmatched services in strategy, technology, and operations. HLW engaged with the Core Working Group to better understand both the operational requirements, the vision, and the mix of space requirements needed. Steering Group meetings helped us to understand the wider project vision and aspirations. Ongoing engagement with the Core Working Group and Executive Leadership evolved from the initial brief to also develop a Co-Creation workspace that supports the highly mobile teams and their desire to increase Co-Creation opportunities with clients, partners and guests alike.

Within a building which hosts two main central cores and a central atrium, plus large floor plates, it required clever design solutions to aid wayfinding and enhance everyday working experiences. Supporting up to 10,000 highly mobile staff, it was to be a destination to arrive at which empowers relationships and inspires creativity. They also wanted it to be a space to be proud of with and impact that helps to retain and attract new talent.
