In response to relocating 27 of their executives to West Palm Beach, Piper Sandler asked us to create an office that balances small-team functionality with aesthetics that could wow clients. Drawing inspiration from its beachside locale, the office design incorporates organic geometry and curvilinear forms that mimic the nearby channel’s gentle waves, adding softness to the rectilinear space. Natural materials like wood, terrazzo, stone, and fiber, along with vibrant blue and yellow hues, are used to strengthen the connection to the coastal environment. We included gentle recessed lighting in the lobby and pendant lights reflecting the area’s tropical modernist style, complementing the overall aesthetic and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Organic and curvilinear elements evoke the nearby seaside and infuse the space with calm.

Use of natural materials and coastal colors forge a strong aesthetic link to the West Palm Beach locale.
