The 40,000-square-foot space caters to both immediate and future needs, with a design that prioritizes adaptability. We focused on developing a space that not only enhances client interactions through fine dining amenities and a new auditorium but also supports a significant trading floor. Emphasis was placed on the reuse of materials to maintain cost efficiency and environmental sustainability. The interior design captures a modern aesthetic that celebrates contemporary British business, making it a suitable environment for a leading finance entity.
