Serving as the home for NRG’s Home Division, the facility is at the forefront of clean energy with a focus on residential solar panels and electric car charging solutions. Emphasizing NRG and HLW’s commitment to sustainability, the project utilized recycled materials and ensured all construction waste was sustainably managed. The design merges the urban industrial aesthetic with sustainable elements like a reclaimed brick façade and recycled-material carpets, reflecting the local ethos.
