Liberty Science Center SciTech Scity
SciTech Scity is a curated community infused with science and scientific creativity; a mini-city of tech entrepreneurs, scientists, college students, and other forward-thinking people who want to create a better future for all of us.
SciTech Scity is a collaboration between Jersey City and Liberty Science Center, the most-visited cultural institution in the state of New Jersey and the largest interactive science museum in the NYC-NJ metropolitan area. Designed by Concrete, in collaboration with HLW, the seven-story business incubation hub, Edge Works, will consist of a conference center, exhibition gallery, meeting center, research and development labs, work studios, and coworking desks. Edge Works will function as the heart of SciTech Scity and it will be interconnected with all of the components of a mini-city; Scholars Village – residential and student housing, the Liberty Science High School, several working buildings and offices, and four acres of common areas.
SciTech Scity’s EdgeWorks will feature conference centers, tech exhibitions, and prototype fabrication labs.
