HLW designed a new first-floor workplace for an independent healthcare communications agency, creating a refined environment that thoughtfully balances client-facing hospitality with dynamic team collaboration. The relocation provided an opportunity to reimagine how the agency presents itself to visitors while supporting the daily creativity and strategic thinking of its internal teams.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into an open reception space directly connected to three dedicated meeting rooms and an adjoining pantry. This intentional adjacency allows for seamless transitions between formal presentations and more informal conversations, supporting flexibility while maintaining an energetic office atmosphere. Beyond the client zone, open work areas foster connection and collaboration, reinforcing the agency’s team-oriented culture.
A defining architectural gesture is the ceiling concept, inspired by the rhythm of a soundwave. Suspended acoustic baffles introduce movement and sculptural interest while enhancing sound control across the open-plan environment. A neutral, refined material palette provides a calm foundation, strategically accented with brand colors to reinforce identity. The result is a professional yet welcoming workplace designed to support creativity, clarity, and connection.
