Moving from a space that didn’t reflect its culture, GHJ aimed for their new workplace to be an environment that fosters excitement and engagement among its staff. Our solution included unassigned, bookable offices to combat the sense of emptiness, using detailed programming and spatial analytics to effectively tailor the number of workstations and collaboration areas throughout. The redesigned space features differentiated zones for quiet work and social interactions, alongside a welcoming hub and cafe, promoting a “homey” atmosphere. This strategic overhaul not only revitalizes GHJ’s workspace but also reinforces the firm’s commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation.
