Core Five London
Core Five’s new headquarters transforms its values into a living, adaptable environment that supports collaboration, independence, and innovation.

Core Five’s new workplace is a physical embodiment of the firm’s guiding principles—integrity, collaboration, partnership, independence, and innovation—designed to support evolving ways of working while reflecting the company’s culture. Located on the Southbank, the fit-out adopts a connected core concept, placing reception, lounge, and breakout areas at the centre to foster openness and adaptability, with workspaces and meeting rooms surrounding them to allow for a clear and functional environment.
Signature spaces—including inclusive collaboration zones, quiet rooms, and coworking-style reception—offer employees choice and control over their day while welcoming clients into a professional yet approachable environment. Central shared areas double as event space, encouraging engagement beyond day-to-day operations.
Sustainability was embedded from the outset, with material health, furniture re-use, and environmentally responsible finishes reducing the project’s footprint. The design emerged from a collaborative process of visioning workshops and stakeholder input, ensuring every detail aligned with brand and operational needs. The result is a future-ready workplace where every element—from spatial flow to material selection—reinforces Core Five’s commitment to integrity, community, and innovation.
