Charter Communications Headquarters
Two towers rise in Connecticut, ushering in a new era of sustainable and healthy growth
for a 30-year-old company.
Due to a recent surge in its growth, Charter Communications needed a larger space that could meet the needs of its increased headcount. Leadership also saw the need for a new space as an opportunity to put down solid roots in Stamford, locating the project adjacent to the MetroNorth and Amtrak stations.
Three buildings comprise the new 900,000-square-foot campus. Building One features a top-floor executive suite and 12 floors of office space. Wellness amenities included a full-service cafe, grab-and-go station, and outdoor terraces. Building Two features seven floors of office space and 94,000 square feet of amenity space, including a two-level fitness center and juice bar.
The towers are connected by a third structure, which serves as a welcoming point for employees and visitors. A large media wall completes that arrival experience, celebrating company achievements and building a connection between corporate staff and servicers.
Overall, the program includes five food service points, a 250-seat broadcast-ready auditorium, a one-acre landscaped plaza, an amphitheater, and over 10,000 square feet of landscaped roof terraces. It ranks as one of the largest offices complexes built in the state of Connecticut.
