As the Director of Ark – HLW’s Strategy team – Lorene’s role entails meeting and understanding client needs prior to any design work through early engagement, active listening, and synthesizing information about how people learn, interact, and work. With an education and background in market research, mathematics, and architecture, she excels at distilling data and qualitative insights into approachable storytelling and clear frameworks to ease the client decision-making process.
Lorene has strengthened and diversified Ark’s offerings since joining HLW in 2019. Her focus has been on developing design guidelines for global organizations looking to find greater efficiencies across their real estate portfolio, including Google and other technology clients.
