Modern office space with exposed white ceilings and ductwork, showcasing track lighting and natural light from large windows. A bold statement wall features inspirational text, complemented by a minimalist wood panel partition and contemporary furniture throughout the open-concept area.

Embracing a future-forward approach, we designed our HQ to be a sandbox for innovation, equipped with stereolithography printers, advanced VR technology, and writeable glass walls to make ideating and collaborating as fun and easy as possible. The space reflects HLW’s ethos, translating the firm’s culture into a thoughtful design that marries simplicity with timelessness. A standout feature is the café area, replacing the traditional reception desk with a welcoming, homey environment. We’ve decorated our space with photos and models of some of our most iconic projects, always keeping our history in mind as we design the future.

Each conference room is named for one of our Guiding Principles.
