A contemporary workspace features a sleek countertop with minimalist wooden stools, complemented by a vibrant green tiled wall. A large screen mounted above displays content, while expansive windows showcase a cityscape, highlighting St. Paul's Cathedral. Natural light enhances the modern aesthetic and dynamic atmosphere of the environment.

HLW worked alongside Chicago based designer Kuchar Studios to deliver a holistic workplace transformation designed to enhance functionality, connectivity, and employee well-being. Both trading floors underwent a full refurbishment, incorporating new MEP services, suspended ceilings, and upgraded lighting. A new interconnecting staircase was installed to improve accessibility between the two levels. Additionally, the reception area and front-of-house conference rooms were revitalised, while both the Landlord’s washroom facilities and newly introduced on-floor washrooms and showers were upgraded for enhanced convenience. All work was carried out while the building remained occupied, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
