PTC Therapeutics
A new corporate headquarters that unifies business and people-oriented functions.
PTC’s new project seeks to mitigate its environmental impact through the pursuit of LEED v4 ID+C. HLW will pursue Silver Level for Building 500 and Certified Level for Building 400. The firm is also pursuing decarbonization efforts that will reduce the project’s operational and embodied carbon impact.
In the R&D building, all biopharma labs are located along the window line, providing staff with access to natural light and views of the Warren Corporate Center’s campus. Communal pantries, an IT bar, and state-of-the-art huddle rooms will support employees and develop a sense of community at work. Spaces within the lab building include biology, chemistry, vivarium, gene therapy, high throughput sequencing, and laboratory support spaces. In addition to traditional office space, the adjoining building will offer employees a grab-and-go food counter, a traveler’s lounge, wellness rooms, a multimedia production suite, a learning and development center, and a movement studio.
PTC's project targets LEED v4 ID+C certification and reduces operational and embodied carbon.
Lab and office spaces prioritize natural light, community-building amenities, and advanced biopharma facilities.
