HLW, in a joint venture with Concrete Architectural Associates, is set to transform the urban landscape of Journal Square with a new addition to the Urby portfolio—a 25-story residential tower that will add new energy into Jersey City’s skyline. The development encompasses 289,000 square feet of meticulously designed space, housing 340 rental units that promise modern living at its best. Beyond providing stylish residences, the tower will feature varied amenities and a café, ensuring a vibrant community space for residents. This project is currently in construction.
