Making Midtown Cool
BBDO’s Midtown Manhattan headquarters redefines modern workspaces with its loft-like, open environment—uncommon in its urban setting. By stripping two floors to their core, the once closed-off space is now open and dynamic, blending reclaimed woods, polished concrete, and steel with textured finishes and natural colors for a minimalist, industrial look. Spaces needed to feel expansive and to flow, while also conveying a certain effortless style. In essence, we were charged with making Midtown cool.
