HLW and Panepinto Properties are playing a pivotal role in the revitalization of Jersey City with the addition of a new 54-story residential tower in the heart of the historic Journal Square neighborhood. Located just steps from the Journal Square PATH station, this mixed-use development at 499 Summit Avenue will deliver 605 modern rental residences alongside 3,200 square feet of retail space, a landscaped public plaza, and an array of lifestyle amenities. Designed by HLW, the project prioritizes urban connectivity and convenience with 304 bicycle parking spaces and a parking garage featuring vehicle lifts. Set for completion in 2026, the project is a key element in the resurgence of Journal Square as a vibrant cultural, business, and residential hub.
