The new headquarters facility allows for greater synergies and growth in each of the company’s divisions, with emphasis on significantly improving the available training facilities. We also provided opportunities for branding in the building’s lobby, where both the history of the organization and its progressive plans for the future are celebrated.
The historied bank was acquired by Swiss investment firm RHJ International, necessitating cultural and business changes to reflect a renewed focus on private banking. The project also presented an opportunity to streamline office functions.
