We are an integrated architecture, design, strategy & planning firm with offices in New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Stamford and London serving clients around the globe.
Internships
Our Internship program offers Summer, Fall and Spring cycles and brings students and post grads with a passion for architecture and design together to learn and grow in a highly collaborative and innovative environment. Our program not only offers hands-on experience working side by side with senior members of our teams, but also provides dedicated mentors to make sure goals are being met and our intern’s skills developed.

Paid Time Off

Tuition Assistance
HLW encourages continuing education in courses that are related to your professional development. That’s why we offer tuition assistance to full-time employees who have been employed with the firm for one year at time of application. We have a deep care for education and fully support those who wish to pursue a journey with that in mind.
Licensing & Certification Support
HLW supports all professions in our firm. To financially assist our staff through the licensing and certification exam process, HLW will pay 100% of the NCARB registration fee, the cost of the ARE registration/exam fees and exam cost for professional license or certification for any profession practiced at HLW. We care about the growth and development of our members.

Commuter Benefits
HLW participates in the Commuter Benefits program for all eligible US employees. We understand that commuting can be costly. All full-time employees can set aside a monthly contribution to pay for transit expenses and for parking expenses incurred for commuting between work and home.
